Cala and I went for a run tonight only to discover the Nike+ had no power... what is going on. I always feel really demotivated when I do not have it to record my run. We both had a lot to do tonight and as it wasnt working we thought we would have a quick run rather than a long jog. Anyway we ran from here to Boundary road, down to the seafront, round the lagoon and home.
Tim did come out to take some pictures, as this blog is pretty much picture-less but then he locked himself, us and the little people out of the house and I had to climb over the fence so with all that drama we didn't get any!!
