Going for a jog with the little lady

I wanted to go for a run this morning and the little lady piped up that she would like to come. So we got ready - me thinking I know once I get out I will be fine but all I want to do is crawl back into bed with a five year shouting from here room asking if certain shorts go with certain tops/socks, etc. I did explain that it was not a fashion show and as long as she was comfortable she would be fine.

So off we went! It was weird for me as I was neither walking or jogging what with going at Daisy's pace. Anyway we managed from our house, round the lagoon and back. We did stop and walk little bits but she managed a whole mile of running so well done Daisy on your first jogging session.

Just before we left for our job. I am wearing dodgy bottoms as my normal running ones were in the wash - I did say above it wasnt a fashion show!
